We live in Canada, its true! We buy all of our beautiful linen from a wholesaler in the US. Our supplier is eco friendly and we really like that, and we can't seem to find the same in Canada. In order to keep producing we have to charge in USD$ as the CAD$ keeps fluctuating.  

We have a 4-5 week turnaround (sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more) I (Katie) am the lone seamstress of RED CREEK KIDS. I take great pride in the construction and inspection of your garments. Thank you so much for your patience.

 How does Red Creek Kids fit?

Red Creek garments tend to fit to size. Lots of our garments have added length in the leg for rolling up. Caps tend to fit smaller in the later months, but this is how we feel they look best, nice and snug on your little ones head. If you are ever unsure of sizing, the best idea is to size up! If you have questions about sizing, please contact us through our website, we will happily answer any questions about sizing.

I want to make a custom order, how do I do this?

We are currently custom ordered out! We have added plenty of colour options for each item. Due to the made to order nature of the process, it is much easier for the maker (me) Thanks for understanding

How do I care for my garments?

We recommend cold wash and hang dry for all garments. All of our linen has been hot washed and hot dried in the event that a busy mom happens to throw everything in the dryer, We totally get it! Because we use exclusively linen, we recommend ironing hot, when you have time, and when you want your piece to look its best. We recommend spot washing or hand washing the more delicate vest and cap. The cap brims are iron safe! We try our very best to make a strong product that will last! Gentle washing cycle is recommended for all pieces.

Where do you source out your materials?

We use 100% linen, dyed and finished in the U.S using Eco-friendly dyes. 

I ordered the wrong size, my garment doesn't fit my baby, my product is faulty, what should I do?

All sales are final. We do understand that sometimes things just don't fit, this happens, we get it! As long as the item is clean, unwashed and sent back, we will happily send you a new piece that fits. Babies come in all shapes and sizes, we try and stress to size up if you are unsure about a size. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping, although rare that we send a faulty item, it does happen. Same applies for this for returns.

How long until my order is shipped?

Please allow 4-5 weeks before your order ships. Thank you for your patience with this, as I (Katie) am the only employee. All Canadian and U.S packages are sent through canada post, with tracking. You will receive an email as soon as your item ships. Please feel free to email me if you didn't receive your ship confirmation email.

What are your policies on your sample sale site and READY TO SHIP ITEMS?

Unless stated, these items are ready to ship. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment. All sample sale orders are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we currently ship worldwide. Our ship rate is a flat fare. We ship Canada Post with tracking. Any tariffs and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered items. Buyers assumes all risk.

Shipping Disclaimer: Red Creek is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on Canada Post/USPS part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please allow 48 hours for USPS / canadapost to update their tracking. What you see on their site is what I see. Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations. 

Can I rush my order?

We do have a "RUSH MY ORDER" option for an additional charge if you need your item sooner. Rush orders will be sewn and shipped within 5 business days.
